Please install the micro sd card/SIM card only when the camera is powered off. The Micro SD card and SIM card both come with the package.
If you need to change to another SIM/SD card, you must replace it only when the camera is powered off. Then restart the camera and pair it with the app.
Please charge the battery at the bottom of the solar panel using the provided USB cable, it usually takes up to 10-13 hours to fully charge it. And then attach the solar panel with battery box to the camera using the screws and tools provided in the package.
The PIR range is 18 feet around, the recommended camera installation height is 9 feet around. To avoid false alarms, we suggest you do not install the camera with nearby bushes, shrubs, grasses and tree leaves coming into the PIR range.
If you install the camera on a stucco, brick or concrete surface, please mark 4 holes matching the drill template and then use a drill driver to drill into the wall and insert the expansion screws to hold the camera tightly
